Yeah, please tell us why the hell a skulk can have 100 res with one hive. I can gaurantee you I'll be playing a lot less NS when 1.1 comes out if they can get fades and onos without getting 2 or 3 hives. That'd be just plain stupid! Please explain!

Am I the only one who knew about that for these past few weeks? It's so you can't get 2 hives as marine and lockdown the aliens, along with other reasons. There's a new resource model and everything, so you can't really say it's going to suck cause we don't know enough about it yet.

It's a good idea to just wait like you said, no one knows except the team and the PT's how things will turn out for the next version and until then, wait around for it. Then you can flame it somewhere should you feel unsatisifed.
First pic: Eclipse sure looks a lot different. I like the lighting, and the little nook in the back of Maintenance could be interesting. Anyone other than me think that the commander's view should be like the new Spectator map view? With appropriate tweaks to make building and everything else simple and bug-free.
Second pic: Has the FOV been increased or something? I agree with one of the previous posters that the view there looks a tad stretched. I like it.
Third pic: Again, the FOV is looking a bit stretched. I don't normally see quite so much of the marine's gun, from what I remember.
Fifth pic: I wonder how the glow that's on the tf would look if it was just a tad blue, and with the bright spots shrunk so they're more beams than a forcefield in appearance.
