Vsync With Hercules 4500 Kyro 2

<div class="IPBDescription">How do I turn it off?</div> Exactly what it says on the tin.

My graphics card is a Hercules 4500 Kyro 2, I looked in Display Properties/Settings/Advanced and the closest thing I can find to 'Vsync always off' is 'Disable waiting for Verticle Sync'.

Can anyone help me to turn vsync off?
