<div class="IPBDescription">Suggestions / Criticism please</div> Well i made a quick design on photoshop and im going to be converting it into flash to create a flash website, comments?

Im going to have a new box in the middle, so it may look abit plain for the time being.

Looks good.
Nice, clean and a good use of colors.

The menu looks a bit wierd though. Perhaps you could try some different Fonts and see how it looks.
To be more specific. The menu font looks a bit fuzzy in the edges.

I was messing about when i come accross something that looked pretty cool.

I thought using the wind effect would mess it up, but i use it anyway and it turned out pretty good.

I like the font, but the filtered wind effect im not sure about but its looking like a nice site.

Hmm....
Don´t like that wind effect very much. Perhaps if you made it work in both directions (with the exception of the inside of borders).
Or perhaps have directed straight down. To be completely honest I think the effect makes it loose some of its prestige. Not sure if you know what I´m getting at.
And I still think the Font could use some work. Try making the menu text bigger or the blend effect in the backdrop more smooth.

Question: Why don´t you use the Title font for the menues aswell?

Because the font is very big...

+It just doesnt suit it.

Ill finish it off later on..

I'm not fond of the color scheme or font. For colour scheme, I say make the black to white and then make the menus and header more blue, lighter even. You should avoid the wind unless you can implement that in the flash itself. I also think you shouldn't have the menu in a pic, but rather the words just out in the open, aligned.

They are aligned, manually.

I shifted them 30 pixels right from where each word ends.

hmm. might be a little too simple, try taking off the thw wind-blasted stuff, and do something with the edges..

It's got nice eye candy, but my main problem with sites like the pop up kind are that they tend to be difficult to navigate and read. Too small of a screen. I don't mind small print, but I don't want to have to squint to read it. That Dark Soul link looks cool, but in the end, it lacked actual content and was overly difficult to read. However, it did look good.

What I'm trying to say is, don't improve the package and forget about the product inside.
