You're better off batch-compiling, Hammer eats a fair bit of RAM...
check the very last part of <a href='http://merkury.orcon.net.nz/nsmapping/first.htm' target='_blank'>this page</a>, should help you.

Is there some command-line tool I can use to export the RMF to MAP for use in a compile script? Manually doing a file->export before I close Hammer to compile is sort of annoying, it would be easier to have it done automatically as the first step of the compile script..
