A Mobile Phone
<div class="IPBDescription">do you have one?</div> Yeah, it's me again asking these questions in this off-topic forum. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
So do you own a mobile phone. I have heard a rumor that in finland almost everyone has a mobile phone.
It was 90% of the population, if i remember right. <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo-->

Actually i don't know anyone who doesn't have it <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
I have Nokia 3330. It is pretty old (2-3 years), but it works great.
When I was a student (many moons ago) my mobile was cheaper than the phone in my dorm room. That was the chief catalyst for buying rilly.
Its a ...Sony j70
me too, and I haven't bothered updating it or whatever because it's so old it never gets stolen <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
I will resist having a mobile phone for as long as I can <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
I keep my phone with me all the time and it is really usefull.
I mean, if i wan't to call one of my friends, i dont have to search for a phone box.
And if somebody has something to say to me, he can easily reach me, no matter where iam.
With mobile phone, i can send messages, check what kind of a weather it is going to be today or tomorrow, i can put remimders in it, etc...
And actually in finland we dont even have as many phone boxes as we had few years ago. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
have a nokia 3310, old and without all the fancy functions of a new mobile, but i wouldn't use them anyway.
Hmm, maybe that's what's wrong with my phone too, then. I can have my phone on the charger for <i>days</i>, but I'll almost always get the "low battery" warning within a half hour after taking it off the charger.
Strange thing about it though is that I even bought a new battery, and I still get the same problem. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
I'm not sure of the model number, but it's one of the first Motorola digital phones. It's a few years old, and has seen better days. Maybe a new phone might be a decent idea. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
I don't have one and refuse to get one.

ANS: My Parents.
I am from NYC, phone? walk a block and there you are <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
I also have a system called 'all home america' basicly it is a 1-800 # that has a multiple extensions, so I call that, and then can call my parents where ever they are (thus cheap for dorm and I never need quartes when I am in NYC)
And If I really need to get hold of a friend, I borow some one elses cell <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
