    I can only assume you mean "public" voice chat by "publis". You can't. Public voicecom does not exist. However, before a game starts, if someone joins one team but nobody joins the other since the game hasn't started yet everyone can hear everyone else's voicecom. Also, voicecom used to be audible to every dead player, irrespective of team.

    The is NO in game global voicecom. And I for one am eternally grateful for that...

    the only way to get public voice chat is for the server to set sv_alltalk 1 .... otherwise, as far as im aware... its an impossibility

    a server with alltalk on would be interesting, i know before both teams type ready on the cal.cfg that all talk is on... its a very entertaining time.
