I have been playing NS for about 2 or 3 months. I really want to know how to map for NS, especially after seeing quite a few well done custom maps. I dont know how to set up hammer 3.4 for NS or where to start. Please give me any help or tips.

I was in the same boat a few days ago, and now I'm feeling like Im on my way. The first step I'd say would be to go through one of the tutorials that make a runnable ns map for you. From there you can start reading about tools/techniques and adding to it as you learn. There are a lot of links to tutorials in this forum. Search for em. Google works fairly well too.
I'm looking for the one that got me started right now. Ill edit when I find it.

thats exactly the one I was looking for
Have you ever mapped for anything else? The only other mapping I'd ever done was for the original unreal, and I'll say this, by comparison, additive geometry is absolute ****. It took a while for me to get used to the idea of never ever ever subtracting brushes.
