Are you able to bind a voice command to a key?? and if so how?? <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
Search seems to be broken right now, or I'd dig it up. Check the tech support forum. Or experiment with it yourself! They're all "impulse" commands, and they're different between aliens and marines.

It turned into a list of everything bindable. With this list, you can make a set of binds to completely bypass the popup menu in the game, and even most if not all of the commander interface buttons (haven't played any commander yet, I'm not sure) Anyway, here you go <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> <a href='http://home.swbell.net/houston8/NS-impulselist.txt' target='_blank'>http://home.swbell.net/houston8/NS-impulselist.txt</a>
Edit: change of address for the file, as IIS broke down <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo--><!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd--> They're all in there.
If you're asking about the voice thingies you can access through the X menu, they're all impulse commands (and that thread which has them in really should be stickied, if it hasn't been already).
If you're asking about binding voicecom snippets to keys... as far as I know, there's a program that lets you play .wav files over voicecom, which you could use to do that.
If you're asking how to bind voicecom <b>itself</b> to a key, <span style='font-family:Courier'>bind x +voicerecord</span> should do the trick; hold down x to transmit.
Thanks for the help!!! that will save a lot of time in trying to type while in the middle of combat! <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif'><!--endemo-->
