I really want to get that model in game and try it out. The skins i have seen for it look good but right now i'm still partial to the model already out.
Keep up the good work. I'll try it out when you get it done.
Power-Line, very nice <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> *applaud*
I say you keep it up, because I mean, who else is gonna cover my bum when I make a crappy skin? <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
Course, on the other hand, I jsut found out my dad has Photoshop Elements... ::evilgrin::
Anywho, keep up with it, I want to see this done <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
wilkins, you know you gotta let me beta test this thing for ya right <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Power-Line, I think this is the start of a weird and kinky skinning relationship <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Also, DocterJ, scratches will be one of the last things done most likely (unless your young, dumb, and full of cu...er, ummm, a new skinner, and go for detail in the beginning <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->) Plus, it's better if you wait to add the details like tags and scratches last, because you can identify where the most "used" areas onthe armor are going to appear, such as under the armpits of the marine will be more scartched than say, the inside of the leg, because the arms are constantly moving over the armpits, whereas the legs never touch (unless he dies, which is jsut a mess <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->), so, there would be...awww heck, you get the idea <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Plus, you don't get too distracted with small details like that. Sure, it makes the skin much more beautfil, but, if your backdrop to the skin isn't super, your only going to come up with a skin like I had lol (lotsa scratches to cover for a bad resolution skin, darn that draw program, bless Photoshop <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->).
Oh, and powerline, get rid of the blue visor before I beat you down onto the conrete with a cripples crutch <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> J/K. But if you do want the blue, try and make it a bit darker <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

If It was up to me, I'd make the visor black, but that's just me.
Keep up the good work. I'll try it out when you get it done.

The shoulder plates are a little on the low def side, but otherwise it reminds me of the 'rines in SCG.
