Okay. It's obvious you guys know nothing about animating. He's trying to give the illusion that some segments of the run animation should run faster than others. You do this by reducing the number of frames. You cannot increase the frames per second mid-animation. So if there's large amounts of movements in the animation, it's for effect.
If you think the animation sucks, make one yourself and show us how it should be done. I think it's perfect.

A thing that irked me about this model is that it doesn't attack with it's front claws.... but only those stick-like things sticking out of it's head <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> In Starcraft it does a little leap and attacks with both.
Is anyone gonna touch up on that kick **** skin and make the modifications such as: Making it more skeltonisk looking, slight jump when it walks With Hypers permission that is...
Well I converted the skulk mouth to work with fade animations, It works as a great placeholder untill del's is done...And I'll start working on a v_model for this in a little bit, gonna eat something first...

If you notice the animation is just the legs moving, whereas it is supposed to be moving legs and a slight jump
