A Program...

<div class="IPBDescription">for custom animation</div> i've seen people animate pictures from like a screen. for instance, i want to be able to get the animated picture of godzilla in this homepage. but i don't even know the program or anything. is there a program that i can "video-tape" the animation and then go from there to customize it?

i hope you guys know what i'm talking about.

Um... if there is such a program, I don't know it. I can't think of anything that converts a flash animation into... any other kind of animation.
