Server Connection Probs. Please Help!

I open up natural selection, go to internet games, place my desired filter options, hit update, and then I look at the list of natural selection servers. However, every server I click on gives me the error "Can not connect to a custom game server running custom ns that you don't have installed." The only way I can ever get a game going is if I click quickstart, and then it usually connects me to a server. Otherwise, if I try just using internet games, it gives me the above error. Can you guys help? Thanks!

Do not I repeat <b>DO NOT</b> use the desktop shortcut, it's bugged. Instead, use the start menu:

Start > Programs > Natural Selection > Launch Natural Selection

or use a program like HLSW.
