    use www.fraps.com to record in 640 480 res ( anything lower will kill my eyes ) and then use vitrual dub and divx 5.0.5 to compress it

    Oh yeah, and I'm not a big fan of making just one demo into an avi, but I've seen a lot of these nonetheless. Only make a movie if you want to put a lot of demo segments together, because we can just watch the demo itself anyway.

    there are ns avi's at hl/gmp, they're listed under Various Files because they still need to create a ns subdirectory ;/
