When i add my textures they sem to be off, i make a block, lets say for a ladder, and it the sides of the ladders are in the middle of the block, this is the same with lots of textures.

The 7th icon from top is for texture alignment.
"world" projects the texture along one of the 3 main axis(xyz)
"face" projects it to the faces normal.
"rotation" rotates the texture along the projection axix.
"fit" makes the texture fit to X and Y size of the face (projected).
"Top Bottom Left Right Center" aligns the texture well self explanationary.

Make sure that Texture lock ("tl" 3rd from right) is activated to moce the textures with the objects.

    Thank you,

1 more thing not from texturing but from the views, when i design my map i only use 1 view, and my friend uses all 4 views " the same time. How do i make it so i can see all 4 views?

    Thank you <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif'><!--endemo-->

I dont know if i understood your question right , but incase you are a very newby mapper (which isnt meant as an insult) use the " Toggle Texture Application " Tool .
Its on the left sidebar just below the "Create Block" Tool.
Click on the icon , then select the face of the block you want to edit.
Aftetr clicking on it , you have multiple options.
-Under Scale you can scale the texture bigger and smaller
-Under Shift you can shift it left or right , or up and down.
    -Rotation should be quite clear
Then you have the "Justify" tab which is a very comfortable way of editing the texture.
Click on L or R to place the texture on the Left or Right end of the block.
The same goes for T and B to shift it to the top or the bottom of the block.
Now the 2 most used ones : C and Fit
with C you can center the whole texture to the block , in case your block hasnt the same size as the texture ,
use the Fit Button. Now the texture is scaled and shifted just that it fíts in perfectly with the block.
Try not to use this to often , cause sometimes the textures are scaled in a very ugly way.

And for youre second problem :

Click on the window tab at the top of the screen.
    Then "New window"
Just do this 3 times and place the 4 windows the way you want them. With a click on the upper left name at each window you can change the position youre looking from.
