<div class="IPBDescription">Possible Console Command Needed?</div> I want to use 1280X1024 as my resolution, but as you may or may not know, Half Life has an intresting way of skipping that option, jumping from 1024X768 to some crazy numbers to 1600X1200, is there any way to get the resolution to where I want, like a console command or something?

    1280x1024 is not classic 4:3 ratio resolution

    it goes
    1024x768
    1152x852
    1280x960
    1600x1200

    1280x960 is the one you want.

    1280x1024 is actually the wrong resolution to use. Its not a half life problem. Its a Microsoft Problem.

    These resolutions conform to 4 pixels width to every 3 pixels height.

    1280x1024 you'll find does not conform.

    I want 1280*1024 too.

    When I run a game (or windows) in 1280*960 the entire screen just f***s up.

    Is there a way to get 1280*1024 in HL?

    I had absolutely no problem running the game in 1280 x 1024. Maybe the resolution is limited by the size of your monitor?
