<div class="IPBDescription">I'm quiting</div> I've decided to stop playing NS until 1.1 comes out. I've been playing NS religiously for 5 months and I'm taking a break. It's mostly cause I hate playing in pubs, but also the fact that the aliens have a huge advantage over the marines. Server logs show that a large majority of the victories are aliens. Once they get fades, its pretty much over. I spend most of the game waiting for the end. Aliens can plant O chambers anywhere, while turrets take a TF, extra res, and are less effective. Aliens can heal from their hives and D chambers, while marines pester the comm to heal them. There needs to be a healer for the marines, like the armory/health mod. Plus, aliens can spawn and run without loading up on energy, hide and evolve anywhere. Marines need to spawn, load up on ammo at the armory which is usually out in the open in the base. Until I see some major changes in the interface and fairness I'm quiting the game. Consider this a short-term boycott.

You certainly can't believe that people will miss your 'presence' on the forum. So why make an "i'm leaving" post?
Obviously the only reason for this thread is because you believe, for some strange reason, that your decision to leave will either sway peoples opinion on game balance (not likely) or make the game developers sit up and say:
"Well golly gosh, Quaz is leaving the mod because he thinks aliens are too strong. Clearly we have made some sort of error in our design. Lets re-evaluate our opinion on game balance and massively nerf aliens in 1.1, after all we can't afford to lose such an important community member as Quaz."
....heh.
(Not interested enough to actually explain why marines infact dominate aliens when played with any understanding of NS gameplay, or why every point made in his post is completely ridiculous)
The only real reason to post a 'i'm leaving post' is if your well known in the community. No offence intended but your obviously not.
I hope you come back and like NS more in it's 1.1 incarnation and enjoy whatever you go on to play now.

not becuz of aliens are overpowered, no instead of that becuz the rines are too overpowered, and on the servers I play usually the good players go marine and spawncamp the hive with a armry and stuff, really boring and a waste of ur time. I mean, k so u guys win, but whats the freaking point, it wasnt an challenge, it wasnt fair and it makes ppl leave the server. And some caln players dont know the words "switch team once in a while" and keep on sticking to rines.

And Quaz, it sounds like ur blaming the devs or even threatning them (try to find other servers or other players)
