Every time the Res tower says +1 every alien gets 1 more res. So if theres only 1 gorge or multiple gorges, your res rate doesn't change unless you build more res towers.
People who don't go gorge will be saving up for higher class aliens like fade and onos. so its risky to have a team full of gorges when some marines will stroll by and slaughter them without any defense from skulks. but it needs to be a viable strategy.
