Submiting A Map?

How should one go about submiting a map who should you get your map to so you can get it out there for the public?

If you mean submitting a map for official inclusion in NS... you're a few months late. If you want to just release your map now, zip it and attatch it to a post! If it's too big, ask someone nicely to host it for you.

The deadline for 1.1 has passed (check <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=4&t=3155' target='_blank'>here</a>). There will most likely be another round of submission when the next client patch (1.2) is released.

I think it's safe to say that 1.2 will be released shortly after Hell freezes over. On the plus side, that should give you plenty of time to finish your map.
