I Need Div3 Video Codecs

<div class="IPBDescription">i cant find them anywhere</div> hello i downloaded an avi video this morning. however meadia player cant seem to find the right codecs to play it. after some reasearch i found that i need a divx video codec called div3. i looked on the web but the dowload site seems to be down. does anyone here have it.

    you can change the codec of Div3 to DivX or whatever else you use, using the XviD codec program

    sorry i'm really confused. but thank you for you help anyway. i will dig on that web site you linked to

    up until this morning i had never even herd of video codecs
