Sens and upgrade cloaking have distinctly different purposes. The first is more of a defensive thing (cloaking ones OCs, for example), whereas the second allows you to ambush players in unfortified areas.

I also have a question, will players that are shot/touched/attacked be revealed momentarily too (while only cloaked by sensory chambers), or will players cloaking remain the same wether it be from upgrade or chamber?

OMG! Do you know what this means! Great, like flaya wanted. Obs are going to built every important place to prevent to aliens cloak. I think 1.1 is going to be Bloody good patch. Nowadays, obs are built only for motion, but soon to every turret spam place. The patch makes this game more co-op play. If the marines have MT then cloaking becomes considerably weaker, and if they don't then most good skulks would probably be better hiding above doorways etc with SoF so they know when and how many marines are coming...

Aye true... but I don't see many ppl actually using the cloak upgrade when they could have SoF (almost motion tracking), and potentially have forward SCs throughout the map in key points where cloaking may be needed.
