What if you have your voicecomm button the same as a button to place buildings/health/weapons?
And another:
If you already have (say a healthpack) selected, and you use a hotkey to hit another building, will it switch? Or is there some kind of de-select process you need to go through?
?, its really hard for you guys to use your voice comm when you command? just bind it to \ or something that isn't usually bound to anything. It should still work, I haven't had any problems with the voicecomm when I command.

You people with skillz in your names Illa: How would you bind 2 commands to the same button ? Jim: Don't say anything unless you know what they're talking about
I think they're talking about mouse4 or similar that's not normally used for anything but auxilliary actions. Not mouse1 or 2. I guess some people have mouse4 bound to vox all the time, comm'ing or not. And it stops working in the comm chair.

I think the problem is that no mouse buttons are usable when commanding. It's like the game automatically unbinds all your mouse buttons and then binds mouse1 and mouse2 to commander actions.
well I use KP_DEL anyway so I've never had a problem <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
I have mine bound to mouse3 and it works fine comming, I've never heard of this problem before. Certainly is something that needs to be addressed though.
