Cd still doesn't work. I searched my computer high and low for hacks. Found none. I reinstalled half life and ns. Still the message stays. Can someone please tell me how to make it stop this?
Cheating death is really weird right now and couldn't differentiate between a Half-Life hack and Notepad <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> (Well I think so...) If you keep getting hack detection I suggest closing every single proggy open. All those cute little Windows Messager icons in your taskbar included. If that doesn't work, you could look and close any non-essential processes that are running (Win2K/WinXP) but I don't recomend that at all. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
It won't let me do anything and gives me an error message telling me my system is modified and asks me to remove i. It then says Code[##, ##, ##, ##]. I don't remember the numbers. If I use jointeamone or two then Half Life freezes up about 10 seconds later. Is CD ok with custom scripts? I have one.
Make CD optional, then turn on your server logs. Join, let it warn you. Then check your logs for the name of the hack you have. Then use the search option on your pc to find and remove it. Then NEVER install hacks on your pc, and you wont have to worry about this happening again.
Make it optional? Do I do that via my server creation menu or what? Yeah my buddy showed me a 'great' DoD hack. All it did was get me banned from a server and screw up CD. I thought I deleted it though.

Ok I just look thru every freaking single folder and found no hacks. I don't think it is hacks causing this problem. Let me go try again. I'll take a screenie.

Yeah... I think you can't upload images on this forum.
I don't have WinXP Prof. And my family would freak at the mention of reinstalling. And it is NOT hacks. One of my friends (just to test) downloaded a hack, played with it on LAN, then proceeded to succesfully play on a CD server.
