I was playing NS about 2 weeks ago
Ping 120 [average]
Fast-Forward
I was playing NS last week, after The Big **** A [AOL] Upgraded my Bandwidth to Broadband [Properly]
Ping : 23 [Average]
Fast-Forward
I was playing NS last night after coming home
Ping : 3000 [Average]
WHY !?!?!?!!?
I have contacted the Big **** A, and they say they can't help
I have tried playing other games : UT, Diablo Serious Sam : Over the net, but I get a nice ping of about 40-60 on all three.
It's only NS
Oh, and my CS refuses to load
WHY!?!?!?!?!

reinstall NS, or check your config and make sure ur rate, cl_cmdrate, cl_updaterate are set right. also make sure u have it set to the right speed on the join game screen, u know the little pop-up thing

Can someone tell me the best cl_updaterate, rate and the other one rates please???
