Black Water?

<div class="IPBDescription">graphics problem - can't see anything</div> When underwater it is impossible to see anything - everything appears black. I have screenshots to help describe below. I play NS on 2 different computers and see the same things on both - nothing. Here's everything I can think of that the 2 computers have in common : Win 98, Pentium processor. ... that's about it.
