All the little "bells and whistles" you listed seem a bit unreal at this point... but the core concept of making something FUN (and the playtesters looking beyond bugs or glitches)... wow, people actually read my post. I'm all warm inside <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo--> I understand that the bells and whistles take time and most likely wont make beta one. I want to stick with this mod though. Are they picking new testers for beta 1.2? I don't want to <b>play</b>test, I want to play<b>test</b> (I'm sure that makes sense). As long as its fun, fair, and dosen't come off as cheap (desert crisis) then you guys can't do wrong. Keep it up, all.
after the first public beta i doubt that there will be many new playtesters. if there are new playtesters introduced they will prolly be mappers with maps that get in the official releases.
