An Annoying/funny Experience

This happened to me last weekend, and it annoyed me at first, but then later I realised how sad, pathetic, and funny it was all at once and can't stop laughing about it. I won't mention any names of servers or players for (hopefully) obvious reasons.
Well, we were on caged and maybe 8 minutes into the game. Nothing was really happening yet. We had gen and the aliens didn't have a second hive started yet. Our commander had to leave, so he told someone to get in the chair. I volunteered, no-one disagreed, so I got in. I saw a group of 4 marines near aux gen so I told them to get there and build a res node... well as soon as they approached 1 or 2 skulks appeared from behind and wiped them all out. So I told them that they seem to need motion tracking and I would get it (had about 60 res at the time). So I got mt and then player "X" decided to speak. He told everyone to eject comm so he could get in. This is when I was annoyed, I had been in for not even a minute, I hadn't done anything wrong, no-one had disagreed with me so far, and he was telling them to eject me so he could get in! Well of course, as I'm sure we're all familer with, as soon as a team hears the words "eject comm" they automatically click eject without even considering why. So player X gets in and starts comming. Well, this part might have been kind of snobbish on my part, but I was really mad and annoyed and was not going to listen to anything he said. I guess we can all relate to this sometime or another. There was a Lerk in the vent in the marine base as well so I just amused myself trying to shoot it while he told ppl to do stuff. For some reason, about 2 others joined me in trying to kill this Lerk. Well I didn't tell others to not listen to player X but they seemed content in shooting for this Lerk. Needless to say, I was quite happy things weren't going his way. Anyway, he dumped about 3 packs of mines on the floor. I grabbed one and deliberatly put all 5 in a stupid place, the small door close to the comm chair on the wall. The mt I had researched finally kicked in and someone said ty for it... well this was about the only thing I had done in my 30 seconds as comm and already I had gotten a ty and player X hadn't. Aliens soon got 2 hives and started attacking base. Comm gave us more mines. Genious. In the end we lost obviously. It was then I started to realise that I had been pretty snobbish myself and maybe a little too mad over his insolence. The map changed to eclipse. This game my entire goal was to kill player X so I went on the opposite team as him. Actually we both got into the teams about 3 minutes after game start, so I immidetly asked:
"Hey Player X, you trying to get them to eject comm so you can get in?"
He didn't reply but someone else said something like:
"lol he was just trying to do that"
Then I finally realised that this guy must always be like this, and I was just an unfortunate victim of his... stubberness.
Just had to share this with you ppl, make for interesting reading. I know I was being unfare myself that first game but I was really mad at the time. Hopefully because I didn't mention any names, this won't become locked.
Oh yeah, if you've got a story like mine to enter, feel free to do so. Just do something like I did saying "Player X".

I voted against myself... I was 0.5 seconds in that chair...
I do understand you were annoyed and can't blame you for doing your own thing (and lerks in the vent do need to be killed) but the mines thing was too far and probably made you look like the newb he claimed you were <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
I get the 'eject comm' thing every time I go in the chair and I normally say "oh, someone want me out? ok just ask and I'm outa here..." which always (so far) gets a shout of "god no, dont eject the comm you morons" from several members of the team. I haven't been ejected out for some time. Since before 1.04.
Servers with large numbers of regular visitors generally dont suffer ECS (Eject Comm Syndrome) as a result teamplay is better and games are closer. Find a good local server which is well admin'd and keep going back till the admin know's your name <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Having said that I have seen two hive mines more often recently WTH is up with that?

anyways if I get kicked out of the comm chair (hppened to me twice, once in 1.01 or 2 or something, anyways when iu still was a noob, and another time when i built 2 armories as a mistake :/, becuz of the deselect function not always working properly)
and both times times I also didnt listen to the comm, but when he gave me a jp and a wp to a hive of course I did that cuz thats just fun <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
If u talk with ur teammates allt he time, give them waypoints and give them medpacks and <b>keep them busy all the time</b> (cuz then they need u and not a new comm who doesnt know whats going on) ammo when they ask then u wont be ejected very fast.

1) i was playing as an alien and some one on marines changed his name to Carling (my name) a few moments later a vote was started to kick 'carling' i say thats to kick the human one not me right ? they all say yes so i voted yes and the next thing i new i was banned from server for 15mins. i dont no if the thing kicked us both for same name or they voted to kick me but i voted yes to it lol.
2) 10mins into the game i was comm and all was going fine some one says 'can i go comm ?' i says to the team u want me to let him comm ? they all reply 'no'. so i resume dropping med kits and builen stuff 2 mins later he askes again so i ask the team and they say they want me. this happed about 5 times then he said 'eject the commander!' next thing i know i was kicked out the server with a message in console saying 'You were kicked by an OP.'
This mean he was an op and kicked me so he could comm or is that the result of a vote kick ?
At one point we stood about 3 metres apart, looking at each other. Then he txted: "I gotta go tinkle."
"OK," I replied. "I promise I won't shoot or knife you!"
He said: "I meant as an alien" and started hurling acidrockets at me!
Then he went apeshit and wrecked our base and won.
Also funny is on ns_eclips in CC (hive has realy high roof) watching a skull fall from the top at you and bite you! that looks realy funny 2. altho painful if your not watchin.
