sounds like to me the people you send it to need to install the driver for the camera or something... check that link out
no problem, <a href='http://www.1000files.com/Multimedia_and_Design/Video/STOIK_Video_Converter_1232_Review.html' target='_blank'>something i found on google</a> <---- heres a program i guess that should do just that. what you need a re-encoder to change them. hope this also helps
