I've noticed this weapon being used a lot lately. It doesn't cause damage to the enemy, but tends to distract your own team-mates. Can it be removed for 1.1?
It's called "whining", and it's use appears to be on the increase. Just about any action by any team-mate will cause someone to start shooting whines all over the map. Unfortunately there seems to be an infinite supply of ammo, as some people are able to whine throughout an entire game without once pausing to reload.

Anyway, I know man, once I joined this game and the comm was not only whining but screaming tru his mic, a very annoying voice and he kept on going whining about bs, everybody was like "SUYF ALRIGHT?" but he kept on going, that was no fun at all, never returned to that server...
