Using Voice Kicks Me?

On almost all the servers I play on occasionaly when I use +voicerecord it kicks me off the server. I get no disconnecting messages, I'm just dumped back to the console.
I connect through All Seeing Eye
Win XP
1.4 Ghz
Gf4 ti 4200
I don't think it's my system. The leader of my game community seems to think thats its my router, yet I am the DMZ, just don't get it.
Help always appreciated.
