Modification Idea

<div class="IPBDescription"> - need imput</div> i'm thinking about "Seperate Conflicts" (as a name... yes)

this mod will have no story base, no true "this verses that" setting... each map is a story itself, each is a different conflict... in a different area of the world, with new guns, and player models...

the only problem is, would this be a good mod?

i know it would be hard for new players to learn which team is which... since the models would change each map, but the increased possibillitys of having a mod based on Smaller millitary conflicts increase the manouverabillity of the game...

    The Half-Life modification Global Warfare already has a similar concept even though it's not as ambitious as your plans to make every map a different setting.
    At the moment Global Warfare only has one desert setting for UN versus the Arab Liberation Force but a winter campaign is under development.

    yea it goes by campains, the desert campaine is what they have been using. There are like 9 or so maps. They al corrispond to the overall pic. When one team wins the map , they wind the small battle and it will affect the postions of the 2 sides over the entire map. The entire map is the win status of all the small er maps that you play on, It updates after each map change , thenit resets after the map cylce has been completed.
