They fooking cut off the return policy on their games at my local EB. The problem? THEY DIDNT SAY ANYTHING. I wasted 45 bucks on Enter the Matrix, and thanks to them, I can't return the POS. There are no signs there about their return policy. I've been buying from them for over a year, and all of a sudden the guy tells me "Oh, we ended the return policy in March".
Welp, guess I just have to buy from Circuit City now (they are pretty good, their discounts rock).
Hm, writing this made me think, I just might call them Monday and ask about that. If the dude was BSing me, God help me, I WILL shove that game up their **** and pull my money out of their mouths.
And GAME have a great returns policy <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
In the UK EB and Game did merge. All card holders got notified and points transferd to a new card. All the EB stores had a brand name change to Game.
I noticed they cut the return thing to 10days.
Still better than half the local stores, I tried to return a game due to poor preformance on my system tht was double the specs and he would only give my half my money back. I kept the game, it cost £35 and I was gonna gtet £18. Hmmm its only been used like 3 times, no damage, everything in origonal package.
Thats why I shop at Virgin Megastores, if the staff wont return it try talking to the maniger, worked for my friend. That and I get a 10% discount on everything not on offer.

lol I have some problems finding stuff over here as well. Went in a shop the other day and I asked "do you have any music by Slayer" and they said "nope. Do you mean music in Buffy?" <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo-->
Can't even get normal music easily over here <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
