I have no idea.Can you use them? yes you can have no idea if it's legal or not but it happened.Or am I looking at this wrong? have the people who made these models or sounds have to goto Flayra or someone to ask if they could use these sounds or their own sounds? I'm not asking for a bruising nor am I flaming,just wanting to learn and one of the ways of learning is by asking.Actually noone knows who or what's being used,unless there was some hankypanky on the part of the creators of the games or whatnot.

I can state right now that Blizzard object VERY, VERY, VERY strongly to people using material from Starcraft without permission. Hence the SC3D project that got canned.
