    Oh, my mistake, I apologize.

    In any case, that's some good news!  It means that us forum bums still have a reasonable chance, if we continue to contribute to the community like we always have.  Everyone's probably best off not expecting to get it, that way it's not a disappointment when you don't, and you can be pleasantly surprised when you do!

    I think we should just all chill for another however many weeks months or years, because there are plenty of games for us to be playin.  I just rediscovered CS last week and im getting warcraft 3 soon, though these games arnt as good as NS will be, I think we can keep ourselves busy if you know what i mean.   <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->

    After getting my 5 minutes of fun out the the UT2003 leaked tech release, I am now playing Gore for my gaming fix, until NS comes out. <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->

And yes, some may be on the dev team, so they are allowed to play also.

    But as for the FAQ, I agree a little better explanation would help. Also, I saw this in the forum FAQ here:
    <!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td><b>Quote</b> </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE"><!--QuoteEBegin-->
    Q: Hey the main site FAQ says if I make a lot of insightful posts I can be in the beta! My post count is XXX, can I be in the beta?
    A: Maybe. Were most of those posts insightful? Did they generate a lot of deep intellectual discussion? Were they informative, well thought out, or at least well explained? Is Flayra looking for more beta testers? The simple fact of the matter is the number of posts you make does not make you more or less eligible for the beta.
    <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
    This means some person may have made 100 good posts, and 900 bad ones, and may not be a PT <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo--><!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
    ha? what?
    oh ya, would i be a good PT? i just want your oppenion  <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->

    He means that:

    1. If you work for a company specializing in games, there is a higher chance that you would become a PT because they give more profeesional advice.

    2. The FAQ is a bit out dated. Meaning that you can have alot of posts but still have as much of a chance as say.... me.

    Don't underestimate Warcraft III... the game is quite good. I've refused to play multiplayer because I want to see how the story turns out... <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

    I need to finish it before NS is released. <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

    Gosh, how much is that. I wouldn't be suprised if it was over seventy bucks. Hey, my first post as a Beast!

    With shipping, both games came to $105 US.

    I was ordering on behalf of several people, so I wasn't paying for all of it; we pooled our resources. My share came to about $21.
