<div class="IPBDescription">Offensive chambering</div> This strat assumes several things:
MC boost OC fire rate.
MC boost adreneline for aliens.
Heal spray is cumulative for multiple gorges.
Gorges get res from OC kills that they placed.
Three or four gorges build some OC and MC at the same time in some critical spot. Like just outside rine base. OCs mow down any vanilla rine that gets close thanks to MC. Gorges with adren can spam heal spray all day long and still build structures. Gorges just advance this 1.1 WoL, healing any frontline troops, and win.
Would this at all work?
Addendum: This comes WAAY before siege. I'm talkin this is your main strat seconds into the game.

But regardless, remember that it takes less than one minute to siege -- marines speedbuild a Tfac, 35 seconds to upgrade, marines speedbuild a siege cannon, fireworks. Are you confident that you gorges can kill the entire marine team before they get a chance to react?
when you have the rezrs you go gorge, with silence, drop a few SCs then MTs then OCs at your desired location. Combine this with a team of skulks (proably on speed) to haras any attempts at speed building sieges and there yah go, fixed up some <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
It could very well work given that the building gorges have enough res and time to setup the initial wall. However, what is preventing a marine from taking the long way around and taking down a fatty or two?
I could, however, see this tactic working on expanding the perimeter of a cut off hive location to push back the marines just far enough to get a few more pathways out of the hive.
If I were a playtester I could test this. But I am not so I wont <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
Eventually though I will <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
But it's worth a try. PTs, VETs and DEVs, please check this out and give it a try.
