Waypoint Problems

Sometimes when I am commanding I will select a group of marines and try to give them a waypoint but it doesn't work. Any ideas why?

    Just try moving the screen around a bit. Then try again. Commander mode is a tiny bit buggy (to me anyways... I don't comm much.) so it takes awhile to get used to.
