Ns Team You Want Funding?

<div class="IPBDescription">Constellation vs Mr Gorge.</div> Ok there have been numerous posts and thouands of requests for NS plush/stuffed toys in these forums.

In the NS store you can buy hats, t shirts, mouse pads and an NS teddy bear. OMG A TEDDY BEAR! A BIG FLUFFY WHITE TEDDY BEAR! (me cries in dispair) Does anyone actually buy stuff from there? Im gonna get a TSA T-shirt but do you guys get a lot of sales from there anyways?

But really. Will someone in charge up there who actually knows (ie. Flayra perhaps) answer this please.

Is this EVER going to happen.

Seriously, the Constellation team donations vs massave amounts of fans ordering a plush George.

If you want income start selling some plush Oni, or a soft furry/ fuzzy what ever Gorge (and maybe a small beany like D tower)

From the countless posts you are guarenteed a pretty decent consumer base. (Unless everyone is lying in the forums) There are plenty of companies that can design and make x amount of custom plush toys.

Now Im not saying the constellation group is bad idea or anything (b/c its not). But im pretty sure people would be more inclined to give you $$ for a cool stuffed alien toy they can hold and cherish, then give you $$ for a little custom tag in front of your screen name.

So someone please (who knows) answer.

I would be glad to wear it... Others would just be jealous because they arent rich. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

The lambaster? The cliche? I don't actually understand what you mean by this one bit. Do you mean "Teacher's Pet"? Or.... or what? I don't understand at all...

I paid my $20, and will wear my icon with pride.

aren't we running a bit off topic here? In any case, I"ve voiced my support of a plush Gorge (beanie Baby size) many times. It'd go great with my lizard and smurf as good-luck charms (for warding off the evil Computer Demons)

I'd love to pay for Constellation, not because I'd have an icon (I suppose you might want to turn it off sometimes, more discreet or something) but because NS is such a great game I feel guilty not to give something for it. Problem is I can't pay constellation (no PayPal and I can't send money like that)

I'd also love a plush gorgie but that is different. One is buying a plush gorgie, one is feeling you're doing something great and giving money for what is probably the best game ever as a sign of gratitude.

I for one would definetly buy I plush gorge, I'm actually looking into how to make one that could be easily coppied and mass distributed, but thats a diff story...

Sooner or later I'm going to be part of the constelation program, not for the icon, but for supporting the NS team...

Yea but by buying the plush onos /gorgy you would be contributing money to the NS team. plus you get the satisfaction of giving NS money, you receive a cute gorge, and the NS team still gets your money.

    Everyone is happy. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

I really doubt there would be a large comsuer base. Currently there are 345 servers, 1325 players for NS. That is not big enough to see some kind of _real_ profit -- after all they are mostly just pubbers who really dont want any kind of plush toy, or anyhting really. By no means is that number small - NS is usually the most popular non-valve mod on the stat pages - but what I am saying is that its too still small. I doubt the profit would be large, and I think it would be more trouble than its worth. But if their current store is actually selling T-shirts at a decent rate, then why not?

A beanie baby gorge would be cuddly! Or a plush skulk looking like Cyanide's avatar! Yay! I know we probably won't get it, but a lad can dream can't he?

Do the British NS players not want Flayra to get money?
    Please explain.

I don't think cafeshops or whereever that store is hosted makes custom plush animals. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
