    Yes, that happens when you lag a lot. I did that once while I fell into the portal to join a team (hera, tanith, nothing, etc.). If you're lagged, your screen <i>stays</i> tilted. When you're lagged, nearly anything can happen. I should know. You're talking to the person who played with 1000 ping one time.
