Click to download. It consosts of 4 rather tall tree trunks. 1 of them is half as tall as the other 3 where the hives are. The marines are trapped in the base untill they weld there way out. Aliens are also trapped out untill the marines weld out. It is a 180 second weld which is 3 minutes so whoever gets stuck with that job should type +attack in console and go get a snack or somthing. The alien hives are on top of the 3 tall trunks and have bridges connecting them to eash other. I figure marines shouls take some time to get jp/hmg or somthing then start welding rite before they get all that researched and done. But after the weld there is no closing the doors so the marines better watch out. But d/l it and try it out. I will try to get it on my clan's server, but no promises.
Creators note: This is in no means an attempt at good mapping. It is simply a break from ns_congo which I am curently working on. Also it is showing off my skybox for ns_congo too.

shall this map have any sense? apart from the boring: "how to jp rush the three alien hives?"
Instead you could be trying to create a wood like world where the hives are hided in treetops, little lakes, caves, behind a waterfall... isnt meant as a flame answer. you guys should think about what is useful to play and maybe unusual to play. jp rushed are present even on officials, I think noone needs any more specific map, although I admid that thee trees are great <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
I hope ns_congo develops well...
That's why it's called tree, I like it very much.
