Question About The Onos' Stomp

<div class="IPBDescription">calling PT's and Vets</div> When an onos stomps on the ground, and the marine jumps at exactly the right time, does he still get stunned/hurt?

Some people may think this is a stupid question, but if you think realistically, a marine shouldn't get stunned, hurt or disoriented, if he times his jump right.

    Hmmm... the same happens when soldiers are midair due to jetpacks , lift diving or acid rockets. The question is : does the stomp ONLY work against walking marines ? It would be sad to see everyone jump around when seeing an Onos , would look ridiculous... they are supposed to spend their energy running away.

    The onos can only stomp forward now and its a shockwave. So, you'll be able to dodge it by running to the side of it.
