Leak Problem

Im getting this frustrating Leak problem.. ive checked every inch of the map for leaks...

im getting this:

Warning: === LEAK in hull 0 ===
Entity func_resource @ (-2370, 967,-2049)
Error:
A LEAK is a hole in the map, where the inside of it is exposed to the
(unwanted) outside region. The entity listed in the error is just a helpful
indication of where the beginning of the leak pointfile starts, so the
beginning of the line can be quickly found and traced to until reaching the
outside. Unless this entity is accidentally on the outside of the map, it
probably should not be deleted. Some complex rotating objects entities need
their origins outside the map. To deal with these, just enclose the origin
brush with a solid world brush

Warning: === LEAK in hull 1 ===

Warning: === LEAK in hull 2 ===

Warning: === LEAK in hull 3 ===
Entity info_mapinfo @ (-3200,1920,-1984)

im suspecting entity problems -_- <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Load up the leak pointfile and follow it. Sometimes it's the easiest way...

    If you think it's an entity problem, what I do is set my 3d view in worldcraft to solid coloring (not wireframe, not textured) and scan around the outside looking for purple. There shouldn't be any

    If you were carving a lot, consider this:

    Select ALL map, so it highligts in red. Then select clipping mode and try to clip off "invisible edges". Sometimes, WC goes nuts and makes unlimited long lines...

    Load map and then load point file while in game and get in comm chair. i find that easyer to use than point file in hammer.

    Type PointFile in the console while on your map and it will be loaded. the point trail wont cover the whole map as in your pic and shows as a grey trail of dots.

    You can see it while not in commander view but if its out side the wall where you carnt get to comm should be able to see easier. my most common fault is having a entity out side the play area lol.

    At least you know your leak is not in the Readyroom.
    try the big block method.

    what i do is make alot of info_player_starts or any type of point entity, and put them everywhere it could be a leak, and whichever entity comes up in the error report, it shows u where the leak is at, look in that area and try to fix, this method usually works, and make sure ur work isnt sloppy, its much easier to find leaks that way.

    Try Quark. It's much better at showing you where leaks are than the pointfile/hammer is.

    the mapinfo point entity has a commander view height variable, but the comm chair won't work well with leaks because you will be stuck looking at the outside of the map

    Its cool how many people doesnt read other topics to their problems that already exist <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
