Make sure the file is under 120kb, then just use the "File Attachments" bit just below the main posting window.

Elerctric, when you post, beneath the area where you typed your message is a section called 'file attachments'. There is a button marked 'browse'. Use it to select your file, then click 'add reply'.

Note that you can only post JPG or GIF files, not the BMP or TIF files that half-life screenshots are made from. You must convert them first.
