How To Add A 'rules' Wehn You Log On Server

Ok, I running a server but want to have a 'list of rules' when the server loads up in the console, how do I do this?

You mean a consgreet I think.
There are many many ways, I used to use HLGuard's consgreet and edit it to suit but there are other pluggins that don't require installing HLG.
