Well I don't really have any IPs for ya but there's a bunch of good ones in the regular GameSpy lineup. Just watch out for one server with lots of spectators, theyre bots to boost up the player count, really annoying. Also, many servers with Ops slick enough to run as '1.05' will often advertise it in their name. So if you use a server query tool like ASE or Gametiger, you can see many of them:
I play in Vadakills occasionally, it seems fun. I really like the 1.05...mainly the jetpack change. In the 1.05 JP's have much less fuel so its like moonwalking, not flying. Tons complain but i like it no matter which team im on.
The hives and spawners have umbra. This is good. However, when Flayra implemented this, he also lowered the hive health to compensate. The umbra plugin doesn't do this, and as such it is impossible to take down the hive without a GL or siege. While it usually doesn't matter because I prefer to siege hives, sometimes it rears it's ugly head -- once I sent a group of 4 HA/HMG and 1 HA/GL to vent hive from sewer, and since the aliens just killed my resnodes after I equipped them, I didn't have res for siege. Therefore, I had to rely on the HAs to shoot the hive. Normally 4 HA/HMG and 1 HA/GL can take down a hive, but as it is with umbra + 1.04 hive health, the HMGs were completely useless for hive combat. Shooting at the hive did no damage, and shooting at spawning aliens did no damage as umbra + hive healing = near invincible. After a while they just mobbed my GL, who couldn't damage the hive fast enough (1.04GL does less damage and 1.04 hive has more health). After my GL died it was just a matter of time until they wore down the rest of the HMGs (someone would have to drop their HMG to pick up the GL, so that's one less HMG that can focus fire on the spawning umbra/hivehealing skulks).
So yes, while I like 1.05, the fact that the umbra plugin doesn't take into account that the 1.1 GL does more damage and the 1.1 hive has less health (both of which were vital changes that were put in to compensate for hive/spawner umbra), makes it so the only viable way to take down a hive is siege (or spamming the hive with spawning marines knifing it, which I did once, but that's another story.)

1.05 Hives do not have umbra, only respawning aliens. Hives heal faster, but that is it. Monse has been good enough to repeatedly post his listing from gametiger of all the 1.05 servers so you can find them easily. This is mine

Don't worry, 1.05 hives go down plenty fast vs. 2 or 3 hmg's, although a GL will speed the process up, (as it should be) mainly by killing all the spawning skulks very fast.
The one in my sig is a pretty good one. (I usually ping 50-100 on a cable line) It runs custom bots too. (Using coding from RCBot and PODbot [a CS bot])
It has about 17 metamod plugins that make it easier to play marines and aliens with the bots in there (bots like to have at least 2 gorges at all times and since they can join ASAP, they usually go gorge, but you can take their res by healspraying them).

The jet pack nerf is not a prerequisite for 1.05
