Besides, modelling is the fun part <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> The other steps required to get it in game is the not so fun part, lol
Nice G-36 by the way. I'd straighten some of the stuff up though to make it look neater (like the indentions), though that just may be the screenshot making it look off
take it from me, having somone else finish your work isn't as easy as you think... the only sure fire way to get something done... is to do it yourself. and once you master something people will come asking YOU!
take meshing for example, i'm bad at it, but i'm learning more and more... mostly on the mutalisk... BUT, people are already asking me to mesh their guns/players. i've even been invited onto three modification teams... which kinda suprises me... (as i haven't released anything).
so, my advise to you is to buck up, take some timeoff work/school/modeling and learn how to mesh... it's a valuable tool that's harder to learn, which is why its in such demand...
try and learn/grow with the rest of us... you'll find it extremely frustrating, lame, and irritating, BUT... at least you've already got somone to help you through the learning process.
never be afraid to ask for help, that's what most of us want, we want you ask, so we can teach, but later in life, we expect you to be turning around as we did, and teach others. we are here to help... and if we can't solve your problem, (i for one) will be banging my head on the table along with you trying to fix it...
don't forget, we have #nsmodelling set up on gamesnet for a reason, don't be afraid to hop in and ask for help/input
