the NS/starcraft fusions are a nice twist on these forums

The <i>USS Pertheon</i>. My personal ship. It is a<i> Merzon </i>class ship, the latest. It is a cross-breed between a Destroyer and a Carrier. The ship also was fitted with the latest of reactor technology. The Pertheon was the first ship to get it. The two smaller fusion reactors come online to supercharge the main reactor. Their overlapping magnetic fields can temporally boost power by three hundred percent. There are also no coolant pipes. The reactor uses a laser-induced optical slurry of ions chilled to near-abosolute zero to neutralize the waste heat. The more we crank up the power, the more juice we have to cool the system. It is very efficient.
For weponry it has five <i>Cataclyist</i> nuclear-warheads , 40 <i>Malice</i> anti-matter missile pods, fifteen <i>Hyleon </i>heavy pulse cannons customized so they are hidden within the ship's hull , 80 seventy-millimeter cannons for point defence and sixty medium pulse turrets.
For its armour it had three layers of Titanium A reinforced plates and heavily improved shield technology. Should the shields fail, the ship will activate a defence matrix, thus minimising damage.
The assault fleet was the largest in humankind's history, hundreds of battlecrusiers, carriers including the <i>USS Pertheon</i>.
<i>Zer'Kha </i>had been bombarded for over a week now. Salvo after salvo of nuclear missiles detonated on <i>Zer'Kha</i> in hopes to soften the aliens defences. As the assault fleet neared <i>Zer'Kha</i> they launched serveral reconnaissance probes to check out their aerial defences. But the probes did not return suggesting massive resistance............

-_- that has lost interest with me becuase smart_bomb has returned and is trying to gain from his stupidity, thats the only reason I try not to hovar much these days, it's still pretty funny though
see, me and lumberjack are both =/ at the prospect of insane amounts of firepower

The multaisk's Glave Wurms ripped through layers of titanium plating of the USS DeathBringer, it had multiple deck breaches and most of the crew had already escaped. Another ship down, this unacceptable! "Regroup!" "and give em hell!"
From out of no where a swarm of multaisks flanked USS Lunitari, her pulse turrets ripping through carapace like a hot knife throught butter. She was sustaining multiple hull breaches, LifePods jettisoning form her. A group of multaisks launched their glave wurms at the general area of her reactor, cutting through a reinforced layer of titanium A plating. She Exploded. "Damn!" "Sir, sensors picking up more alien life forms on the way" "Hey wait a mintue! Sir i think you better take a look at this" A single Protoss Arbiter appeared on the sensors. "When theres an Arbiter theres sure to be a whole goddam army"I said. As to futher my words, 10 Protoss carriers <b>backed up</b> with hundereds of scouts un-cloaked.
The protoss Carrier Per'Zhol hailed us. "Put them on mainscreen"

The protoss carriers released their unmaned attack craft, to support the protoss scouts who were already engaging the multaisks firering their dual photon cannons.
With the help of the protoss we wiped out the entire swarm that attacked us. Gaining a vital foothole we called in reinforcements and started preperations for the ground assault........
