What Is This Custom.cfg File?

<div class="IPBDescription">In hl\ns</div> Inside hlla, there was an option for creating a custom.cfg file with wonids it has like:
123456 Example
I put in wonids/names like that.. but it didnt seem to effect anything..
What is it supposed to do?

    It's possibly the file where you define which wonids get the admin icon next to them in a server. I'm not sure however. Can anyone confirm ?
