<div class="IPBDescription">others cant find it....</div> Ok I have no problems at all with it when i make it dedicated...but the goal is non-dedicated... Someone told me to check if sv_lan was set to 0 or 1... I found it was set to 1, so I set it to 0. Now, people on my lan can join my server through the internet option in ns, but I know they are connect through the lan and not the internet because of the really low ping. Also whenever theres a map change sv_lan resets to 1 and hostname resets to the default.whats the deal?

listenserver.cfg is the file you want to edit!
change all settings there to your likeing, like sv_lan 0.

When you changed it in the console you only changed it for that time. Unless you do it in the actual file it will keep going back to 1
