<div class="IPBDescription">Go !unf yourself</div>Well, 1 whole month making the layout and making requests an PB for the textures, I now have the first pictures of Scithi! Im going to try to keep it in this theme and i will try to add sand particle effects soon. The sand will come through cracks in the ceiling and i will try to use func_random for cave ins of hallways.

one tiny thing: if the crate had been under the lift when it came down, the crate would be a little bit crushed too, i would imagine...
One thing that's kinda bothering me though: although I like the idea of a crate smashed under a lift and I think your execution of this concept is passable, it looks a bit too much to me like the lift is just a tarp or sheet pulled over the crate. It might help some if you pulled the corners of the lift inwards, since the metal making up the lift presumably isn't elastic enough to stretch as much as it looks like it is. Crumpling the crate a bit would also help. If you feel like being wild, I'd almost suggest breaking the lift in pieces instead of just having it remain solid.
I understand that these are just rooms and all, but everything looks very plain.. maybe some pipes, or better archictexture could spruse things up!
anyway - I had a groovy thought...well, seemed groovy in my head.... make that crate a breakable entity and when it breaks have it trigger the lift to drop a level and have a big explosion or something <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo--> ...probably a little too dramatic - who knows...
