i tried to make it small enough, but it got real blurry, so i was wondering if you guys could make it sharper + 64x64 ...

Anyway, here you go.
Also, wouldn't mspaint try to resize it using bitmap? Cause like, that <i>would</i> look ugly, but PS should(?) use vector graphicness which would come out a lot sharper.. ? Atleast, I think so...

Photoshop isn't a vector graphics program, that's Illustrator. PS works mainly (about 98%) in bitmap graphics, the other 2% is the "shape" layers, which are effectively vectors, but crapper, and you have less control over.
SBV hit the nail on the head, Photoshop is just good at resizing bitmaps.
