You have to tap the keys twice because of guards in ns that prevent players from making binds such as hotkey88;hotkey59 (open equip menu, select health pack).


Tapping Delete twice will open the build menu, you use the key pad to buy objects:

Infantry Portal - keypad 7
Armory......... - keypad 8
Res Tower...... - keypad 9
Turret Fact.... - keypad 4
Turret......... - keypad 5
Siege Canon.... - keypad 6
Command Chair.. - keypad 1

the file to change these binds is called comscr_bui.cfg



Tapping end twice will open the advanced build menu:

Observatory - keypad 7
Arms Lab... - keypad 8
Proto Lab.. - keypad 9
Phase Gate. - keypad 4

Tapping Page Down will open the Equipment menu

health pack...... - keypad 7 and f2 (for quick use)
ammo pack........ - keypad 8 and f3 (for quick use)
mines............ - keypad 9
heavy machine gun - keypad 4
grenade launcher. - keypad 5
shotgun.......... - keypad 6
jetpack.......... - keypad 1
heavy armor...... - keypad 2

Extract the four files into your natural selection directory, and add "exec commscript.cfg" to your autoexec.cfg file (create autoexec.cfg if it doesn't exist). I had created two commander setup configs. The latest emulates the 1.1 style of commanding

If you would download and try it.. you will see it IS just like warcraft 3.. its pretty nifty and simple. 1.1 just automates the process...

also after you play commander in 1.1 you will see such commander scripts like mine above become obsolete just because its a far easier and efficient way of selecting items on the hud.

Ed, I took some of your key setup (using qwe etc) and added it with mine. Much easier to work with!
